From November 18-20, 2024, Resure participated in the SWOP Packaging World (Shanghai) Expo held in Shanghai. As a member of the interpack global network, SWOP is one of the most influential packaging exhibitions in Asia, bringing together the world’s top packaging technologies and innovative solutions. At the SWOP 2024 Packaging Expo, we showcased various of Resure’s unique packaging equipment and technologies, primarily applied to the food industry, covering a wide range of packaging needs from ready meals, meats, vegetables, and more. Here are the core products we presented, along with their innovative highlights:
- Thermoforming Machine: From food to medical applications, the thermoforming models in our series can use various materials, including rigid films, flexible films, and cellulose films. Different materials are suitable for different applications and can seamlessly integrate with other Resure machinery to create a cohesive production line.
- New Vertical MAP Packaging Machine: Resure’s newly upgraded vertical MAP packaging machine features a comprehensive improvement in appearance, configuration, and performance. The design now better reflects Resure’s unique characteristics, while the user interface has been made more intuitive and user-friendly. The heat-sealing system has been enhanced to ensure more stable MAP packaging results. Additionally, mold changes are now faster and easier, significantly improving production flexibility and packaging quality.
- Tray Sealer with Combined MAP & VSP Function:This innovative machine integrates both MAP and skin packaging functions, allowing both types of packaging to be completed on a single device. This greatly improves space utilization and flexibility. It is especially suitable for packaging various fresh foods, meats, and ready meals, effectively reducing waste and extending product shelf life.
- Fully Automatic Tray Sealing Machine: The fully automatic tray sealing machine is capable of quickly and efficiently completing high-volume tray sealing operations. The machine uses Resure’s patented positive pressure gas displacement technology, ensuring stable displacement. It operates at twice the speed of similar equipment and can be integrated with upstream and downstream systems.
